Your City Council

Lisburn City Council is represented by 30 members who were elected to serve for a four-year term in May 2005. In order to manage the work of the Council a Committee system is in operation. Committees meet each month with the exception of the Strategic Policy Committee which meets bi-monthly and decisions taken at these meetings are approved/debated at full meeting of Council, which normally takes place on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
